Ouch

Woke up sore. That's a big motivation killer. I was so excited to go yesterday. But tonight, I seriously waited until 8pm to get my butt to the gym. This is going to be challenging. Tonight I just strength trained and stretched - it goes along with my training schedule. Two times around the weight circuit, lots of crunches, a few push ups, and lots of stretching. Day 2 is done! Woo!
